Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) - Passenger Transport

Demonstrating 'professional competence' is a fundamental requirement of the operator licensing system, for both Standard National and Standard International licences.  Given the qualification is a 'licence to practice', our aim is to continually strive to improve the pass rate for the benefit of our members and their staff.

Our Net Promotor Score for CPC is 75 (excellent by comparison) and the testimonials featured throughout this prospectus demonstrates the value we provide to our customers and learners.  In 2016 we will introduce several more innovations for the benefit of members choosing FTA as their supplier of choice.

In-company courses

A dozen member organisations chose this cost effective option to prepare their staff for the CPC exams.  For those members with suitable facilities, in-company courses deliver consistent pass rates and provide an opportunity for internal networking and a shared purpose amongst employees.
