PCN Support Service

FTA recognises that operators are being unfairly inundated with Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for violation of parking and loading and unloading restrictions and with recent changes to the Traffic Management Act, which gives local authorities new responsibilities to enforce parking, it is essential that operators have plans in place to manage and reduce parking fines. In reaction to this, FTA’s PCN Support Service has been developed to assist members in the management of their PCNs. The service incorporates a host of solutions from auditing your organisation's systems and practices to training courses and support material designed to help you adopt best practice techniques and take control of your own PCN issues.

You will benefit from

  • a reduction in the financial burden of PCNs and your annual PCN bill
  • cost savings through the efficiencies in payment procedures and making successful appeals
  • knowledge of measures to reduce PCN administration
  • peace of mind that the management of your PCNs is under control
  • an understanding of how to reduce PCNs through delivery planning and driver training
  • time savings through a more efficient management of processes
  • complementing other compliance activities
  • bespoke solutions to meet your individual organisation's requirements
