As a key part of membership, the Member Advice Centre (MAC) provides telephone access to a dedicated team of transport advisors, who will give you advice and answers on legal and operational issues, available from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
The service is FREE to members, other than the cost of the telephone call at the national rate. Our team answers 30,000 calls from operators each year regarding the compliance of their operation including anything from drivers' hours and employment law through to vehicle maintenance standards and current legislation.
