FTA, in conjuction with Storage Equipment Safety Service (SESS), can help your operation in ensuring compliance and minimising risks through a Racking Inspection Service, designed to fully examine the structure and functionality of your warehouse racking. FTA has received UKAS accreditation for its Racking Inspections. |

What does a typical inspection cover?
- Full visual and operational inspection of the racking, including the following:
- uprights
- floor fixings
- beams
- beam end connector locks
- frame bracing
- column guards
- safety notices
- In addition to the above, the inspection also covers items which may affect the safe use of racking, including lighting levels, floor condition, housekeeping and poorly placed/damaged pallets
