Contact your MP - and help to fight future fuel duty increases

You can contact your MP to tell them what you think about the impact of fuel duty increases, and to ask them to stand up for business and motorists by contacting the Chancellor of the Exchequer, and making him aware of the impact of this tax on businesses and people.

Following a sustained period of pressure from FTA, our partners in the FairFuelUK campaign and, above all, the thousands of supporters who let their MP know their feelings on the damage the planned increases would have caused, the Government has chosen not to increase fuel duty and in fact to freeze it until the General Election in 2015. This has saved every truck operator thousands of pounds on the annual cost of doing business.

MPs will respond to messages from their constituents, you can help by contacting your MP and letting them know the impact of the cost of fuel on your business and your family to stop any future increases. Find out the name of your local MP by entering your postcode in the search box on the right.
