FTA Transport Manager back for 2016

Wednesday 22 June 2016

The Freight Transport Association’s popular conference series returns in autumn 2016. Transport Manager sponsored by Iveco prepares transport managers and those in charge of road transport fleets for the year ahead.

The conference series, which is supported by Goodyear Tyres and Microlise, has been running for over 20 years and has become an industry-wide established event and a 'must attend' for all transport managers.
Last year a record number of more than 1,200 delegates attended venues around the country, hearing from key industry speakers and experts from their local Traffic Commissioner and DVSA enforcers to industry solicitors and vehicle manufacturers, on issues likely to affect their operation.

Stuart Webster, Managing Director of Iveco Ltd, said: “We’re delighted to be supporting FTA’s Transport Manager Conferences this year as our customers tell us they find them invaluable. Each event opens access to a wealth of information, guidance and best practice on essential issues involving fleet safety and compliance – issues which sit at the heart of every professional transport operation. They also provide us with a fantastic opportunity to showcase our acclaimed commercial vehicle range to more than 1,200 transport managers nationwide.”
