Climate change is one of the biggest issues facing our planet - and the freight and logistics industry.

And we are already responding to the challenge. Since 1995, C02 emissions from heavy goods vehicles have remained stable, despite sustained economic growth.

Quite simply, it's called sustainable distribution, and FTA believes that the freight industry has a positive contribution to make.

But there is a lot more to do.

sustainabledistribution.comWe are working with the Treasury and with the Department for Transport to help find tangible solutions to climate change, whilst keeping our economy moving - in the UK, Europe and beyond.

We have created a purpose built website to harness the developments that are members have made in the freight and logistics industry.

Visit the website at www.sustainabledistribution.com to see examples of FTA and its members working to tackle climate change.
