As an FTA member we are pleased to announce that the latest series of our free regional member briefings are back in 2017. By attending an FTA briefing on forthcoming legislation changes you will know what's on the horizon and can put effective plans in place to mitigate their impact.

Our Member Advice Centre team will run through the key changes in legislation expected, including:

Sentencing guidelines – in 2016 the sentencing guidelines were reviewed with changes being made to the method use by magistrates to determine the penalties for certain traffic offences, including use of a mobile phone and speeding, we look at these and other changes made.

UK Power Networks – a presentation by the UK Power Networks on the risks of HGVs making contact with high voltage power cables
