FTA Everywoman in Transport and Logistics Awards

The tenth annual 2017 FTA Everywoman in Transport & Logistics Awards are now open for nominations.

David Wells & Woman of Year - everywoman 2016

The Freight Transport Association welcomes the opportunity to once again partner everywoman for their prestigious FTA everywoman in Transport & Logistics Awards.  The UK’s logistics and supply chains rely on women across a whole range of roles, from HGV drivers to managing directors. The industry’s ongoing labour shortage makes it vital for firms to be able to recruit quality staff from a broad talent pool and to recognise the contribution women can make.

Why nominate?

Now in its tenth year, the 2017 Awards will showcase the breadth and diversity of talent with a special focus on how women are driving change within transport and logistics.

With the sector facing a wide range of challenges including an increase in customer expectations, the issue of carbon emissions and the rise of e-commerce logistics, we believe it is important to highlight those who strive to solve problems and make a positive change.

Becoming a finalist is an excellent way to raise both individual and company profiles, as well as encourage more women and young girls to consider a career in transport and logistics.
