Before joining FTA I worked in customer service for a payroll company. I have now been here just under 2 years and it has totally changed my view of the workplace. I really enjoy the work and the challenges it provides, while at the same time we have great fun.
I have always enjoyed working on computers and as a Tacho Analyst I am in control of my own productivity levels. When I reach my goal for the day I feel a real sense of achievement.
One thing that really stands out is the friendliness of other staff, everyone really gets on well with each other. I’ve never known a company like it!
